Earth Day and Arbor Day 2013

 

The City of New Buffalo celebrated our first annual Arbor Day on Friday, April 26, 2013, planting White Cedar, Canoe Birch, Northern Red Oak, White Oak, Eastern Redbud, Downy Serviceberry, and Flowering Dogwood trees, purchased from the Berrien County Conservation District.  Pictured left to right, on top, Ryan McCoy, Eric Horvath, Nancy Smith, City Manager Rusty Geisler, Assistant City Manager Ryan Fellows, and on bottom, Mayor Warren Peterson and parks staffer Joe Selke:
