YOUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES
The City of New Buffalo has a council-manager form of government, with a five member City Council elected at-large. The mayor and mayor pro tem are elected annually from among the City Council members, and together they appoint the City Manager.
The City Council regularly meets the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM Eastern Time in the Community Room at City Hall, 224 W. Buffalo St., New Buffalo, MI 49117.
Members of the public are welcome to speak to the Council on any issue during regular meetings. A sign-up sheet is provided at the beginning of the meeting. Please note that a time limit is enforced.
All meetings are open to the public and are accessible. Persons requiring auxiliary aides and services or other accommodations should contact the City Clerk's Office. City Council may be contacted through that office as well.
