Oselka Park Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

August 29, 2009 — The ribbon cutting ceremony for the Oselka Park: Phase I park improvements was held today.  The ceremony was held to honor the contributions which made the improvements possible: The citizens of the City of New Buffalo and The Pokagon Fund, as well as Horizon Bank for donating funds for the fireplace.  Thank you all!
