U.S. Representative Fred Upton will be holding a Listening Tour across Southwest Michigan.  He will be at New Buffalo City Hall on Wednesday, March 23, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (224 W. Buffalo St., New Buffalo, MI 49117.)  All interested persons are welcome to attend.
